Davon “P-2” Anderson was born and raised in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Although He grew up in the church, He soon found himself in a world without direction. Blindly Davon searched for fulfillment in women, and alcohol, and Hip Hop music.

During Davon’s teenage years he was arrested, and although his time incarcerated was brief it set the stage for the change he desperately needed. Even after coming out of this life altering situation, reality was that he struggled trying to find the right way to live by God.

After searching on his own he saw the life of Darryl “Skip” Ramsey Jr, and the walk of God that he kept. Through personal time, and public time this man became a father, a brother, a best friend. Through Gods direction he began to build a foundation in Davon that would become incorruptible. Skip had recognized the likeness in character and experience’s that Davon and Apostle Peter shared. During this time he began calling Davon Peter.

During this time Davon was rapping in churches around his home town, and they were good songs but they were not the songs that God wanted. After God revieled his calling would be in music, God showed him the direction he would need to go. At that time God changed his name from Davon to P-2 ( Peter Jr.). From that moment P-2 set his eyes on the throne, and has been on a mission to share with the world the gospel of Jesus Christ. In the words of P-2, “ If Gods in need, will He be able to call on you?”
